Position Overview:
We're looking for a Talent Hunter — someone who can find professionals who aren't on any job board, approach them credibly, and convince them that Proppr is worth their attention.
Your primary mandate: build and maintain a continuous pipeline of Sales Advisor candidates from luxury automotive, private banking, and wealth management backgrounds in Delhi NCR. These are people who are currently employed, comfortable, and not looking.Finding them — and getting them to take your call seriously — is the job.
You will be Proppr's first dedicated talent function. You're not joining a process. You're building one.
What You'll Own- Proactive sourcing and outreach for Sales Advisor roles — passive candidate pipelines, cold outreach, network mapping
- End-to-end candidate experience: first contact to offer stage
- Live pipeline and hiring tracker, updated weekly with no prompting needed
- Employer brand touchpoints: outreach messaging, candidate communication, how Proppr presents itself to prospective hires
- Over time: onboarding coordination, advisor retention tracking, hiring playbook documentation
- 2–5 years in talent acquisition, with a track record in BFSI, luxury, wealth management, luxury automotive, or premium B2B services
- Real headhunting experience — passive candidate pipelines, cold outreach, closing hires from zero existing relationship
- Strong writing: outreach messages, candidate communication, and job descriptions that don't sound like HR boilerplate
- Comfortable operating directly with the founder in a flat structure — no need for a manager telling you what to do each morning
- Has built or contributed to a sourcing process from scratch, not just inherited one
- IT or tech recruiter backgrounds
- RPO or volume hiring experience
- Anyone whose sourcing strategy starts and ends with Naukri and LinkedIn Easy Apply
- Anyone who needs an established infrastructure or a large HR team to operate
