Role Description

This is at core of how we deliver and grow our business. This role owns the complete lifecycle of a client account- from ensuring seamless interview delivery to managing invoicing, collections, and overall relationship health.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensure consistent service quality, and act as the bridge between clients, operations, and business teams.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of on-demand interview services
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during active engagements
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues (no-shows, reschedules, last-minute chaos)
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and smooth communication throughout
  • Track and improve key delivery metrics (TAT, completion rate, quality)
  • Work closely with internal teams to continuously optimize processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients across delivery, support, and escalations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of interview services in coordination with internal teams
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and collections for assigned accounts
  • Conduct client visits and regular check-ins to build strong relationships
  • Handle payment follow-ups and closures in a professional, structured manner
  • Drive account growth and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and increasing service adoption within existing clients

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management / client servicing / B2B roles
  • Strong communication + stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing your mind
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, slightly chaotic startup environment
  • Detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
  • Comfortable handling billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Willingness to do client visits and on-ground coordination when required
