Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks, prepare and oversee expense reports, and provide comprehensive support to executives. Additional responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.

The role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Compensation: 1.2 - 2.5 LPA on internship
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise across teams and with stakeholders
  • Expertise in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document organization, and task coordination
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Previous experience supporting leadership or C-Suite executives is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
