Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD) role based in Ludhiana. The Executive Assistant will manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, organize travel, and coordinate daily agendas and priorities.
The role includes preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as maintaining confidential records and documentation. The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and internal or external stakeholders, handling calls, emails, and follow-ups in a professional manner.

Responsibilities also include organizing meetings and events, taking minutes, tracking action items, and supporting ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth leadership operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft emails, reports, and presentations clearly and professionally.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information and confidential documents.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic familiarity with collaboration platforms.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role to senior leadership is preferred.
