Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and utility systems across Brik Oven outlets. The role ensures smooth functioning of restaurant equipment, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe and efficient working environment.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in kitchen equipment, lighting, power outlets, exhaust systems, and utility equipment.
• Inspect electrical panels, MCBs, wiring, and switchboards regularly.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities.

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace taps, pipelines, valves, flush systems, sinks, and drainage lines.
• Attend water leakage, blockage, and drainage issues promptly.
• Monitor water pumps, water tanks, and plumbing fixtures to ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinate with vendors for major plumbing repairs when required.

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans for all restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance checklists and reports.
• Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

• Support maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, exhaust systems, and utility equipment.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and maintenance records.
• Assist in outlet opening, renovation, and facility improvement projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or commercial facility maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, retail outlets, or commercial facilities preferred
