Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects in the healthcare sector.
Daily tasks include conducting market research on hospitals and healthcare organizations, preparing outreach lists, and assisting in the development of presentations and proposals. The role involves engaging with prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, as well as supporting product demonstrations and follow-ups.

The intern will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, improve messaging, and contribute to basic sales and performance reports.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience or interest in Market Research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written skills, to interact with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Foundational Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers in target markets.
  • Customer Service orientation to respond to inquiries professionally and support positive client relationships.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and openness to learning CRM or sales tools.
  • Interest in healthcare technology, hospital operations, or accreditation is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-focused environment.
