We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Sourcing Manager to support business growth through strategic lead generation, channel partner management, and client engagement within the real estate sector. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong understanding of residential real estate sales, broker networks, and sourcing strategies, combined with the ability to build lasting business relationships and drive conversions.
As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, real estate consultants, and direct customer interactions. You will play a key role in expanding the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, coordinating site visits, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities, along with a deep understanding of the real estate market and customer acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner & Broker Management- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, real estate consultants, and referral networks.
- Expand and maintain a strong partner ecosystem to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Conduct regular engagement activities with channel partners to ensure strong collaboration and business growth.
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referral opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through channel partners, broker networks, referrals, and direct client outreach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase project visibility.
- Support business development initiatives aimed at increasing lead conversion and sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sourcing, lead generation, and business development targets.
- Act as a primary point of contact for prospective customers during the lead qualification stage.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to drive engagement, site visits, and conversion opportunities.
- Share project information, pricing details, inventory updates, and promotional offers through calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth handover and conversion of qualified leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client queries promptly and provide relevant project information to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion effectiveness.
- Support negotiation discussions and contribute to successful deal closures.
- Track and monitor lead generation activities, site visits, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM platforms and management reporting systems.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and provide updates on sourcing performance and business development activities.
- Analyze sourcing effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased productivity.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing, Channel Sales, Property Sales, Business Development, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of residential real estate markets, customer acquisition strategies, and sales processes.
- Proven experience managing channel partners, brokers, consultants, and referral networks.
- Strong network of channel partners and broker relationships within the real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management capabilities with the ability to build trust and long-term business partnerships.
- Experience coordinating site visits and managing customer engagement throughout the sales journey.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office applications, and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing MIS reports and performance updates.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
