Job overview:

Executive – Voice is responsible for consulting, analysis, and implementation support for Collaboration Project. Handle multiple projects, can manage team of engineers. An individual implement & guide engineers during projects.

Primary Responsibilities and Activities:

1. He/She should have worked in Tele presence & Video Conferencing Technologies and solutions
2. Responsible for designing of IPT solutions from pre sales & post sales perspective.
3. Need to Handle escalations from Voice implementation Team.
4. Designing Bill of Material for IPT based on the requirement of the customer
5. Preparing Low Level & High Level Document for the implementations
6. Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 8.5 Cluster on UCS Server
7. Implementation of Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 on UCS Server
8. Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.1
9. Integration of Cisco IP contact Center Express with CUCM.
10. Implementation of Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express
11. Implementation of Cisco Unity Express
12. Implementation of Voice Gateways
13. Configuration of 6900, 7900, 9900 Series IP Phones
14. Implementation of Tandberg and Polycom Video Endpoints
15. Implemented Cisco Routers and Switches

Preferred knowledge and skill set:

1. WAN and LAN, QoS
2. Excellent client management/resolution, problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills
3. Excellent oral, written & presentation communications skills
4. CCVP / CCIE – or Higher Cisco Certification or any other CISCO certification would be an advantage
5. Required Expertise on following Technology
6. Cisco call manager (current and past versions)
