Social Media Marketing Executive / Manager

Experience: Relevant experience in social media marketing preferred

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive / Manager who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, run campaigns, and help increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies for brand growth.
• Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Handle social media engagement, comments, messages, and community interaction.
• Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta/Instagram/Facebook when required.
• Track performance, engagement, reach, leads, and prepare basic reports.
• Stay updated with trends, hashtags, reels, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and marketing activities.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in social media marketing and content planning.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
• Basic understanding of paid ads, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Creative mindset with good writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva/design/video editing tools will be an advantage.
• Must be comfortable working from the Vadodara/Baroda location.
