Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Sales Specialist / Solution Manager to drive enterprise adoption of our Escrow and Payment Solutions. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and solutioning, working closely with business teams to design and close complex deals across NBFCs, LSPs, fintechs, Logistics, Real Estate, eCom and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales/BD teams to drive solution-led selling for enterprise clients
- Understand client use cases and design end-to-end escrow + payment solutions (collections, payouts, fund-flow structuring)
- Lead pre-sales discussions, product demos, and solution presentations
- Build customized solutions across:
- Escrow (account structuring, workflows, automation)
- Payment Gateway & Orchestration layers
- Work closely with Product & Tech teams for solution feasibility and implementation
- Support deal closure by articulating value, compliance, and scalability benefits
Stay updated on RBI regulations, payment ecosystem trends, and industry practices
Target Segments:
NBFCs, LSPs, Lending Platforms, Fintechs, Logistics, Real Estate, eCommerce Marketplaces, Supply Chain Finance
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4-5 years in pre-sales / solutioning / product sales in fintech or payments
- Strong understanding of:
- Payment ecosystem (PGs, APIs, orchestration, settlements)
- Escrow structures / fund-flow mechanisms (preferred)
- Experience working with:
- NBFCs / fintechs / lending platforms / PAPGs / TSPs
- Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skill
