Department: Career Development Centre (CDC)

Role Summary:

Responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships to support student placements, internships, and industry engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates and recruiters.
  • Liaise with companies for campus placements, internships, and MoUs.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment drives and corporate engagement activities.
  • Identify new industry partnerships and hiring opportunities.
  • Maintain recruiter database, placement records, and MIS reports.
  • Represent the institution in corporate and industry forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate; Postgraduate preferred.
  • 2–4 years (Assistant Manager) / 4+ years (Manager) of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, or business development.

Key Skills:

  • Corporate liaising and relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of campus hiring processes
  • Reporting and coordination skills
