Role Summary:
Responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships to support student placements, internships, and industry engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates and recruiters.
- Liaise with companies for campus placements, internships, and MoUs.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and corporate engagement activities.
- Identify new industry partnerships and hiring opportunities.
- Maintain recruiter database, placement records, and MIS reports.
- Represent the institution in corporate and industry forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate; Postgraduate preferred.
- 2–4 years (Assistant Manager) / 4+ years (Manager) of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, or business development.
Key Skills:
- Corporate liaising and relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of campus hiring processes
- Reporting and coordination skills
