Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Chennai, for a Personal Trainer. The Personal Trainer will design customized fitness programs, lead fitness instruction sessions, and provide coaching in circuit training and sports performance. Additionally, they will offer dietary advice, guide clients on nutrition, and provide one-on-one or group training sessions to support clients in achieving fitness goals.They will also be responsible for monitoring client progress and ensuring safe and effective workouts.
Qualifications- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- Proficiency in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching techniques
- Knowledge of Nutrition and the ability to provide dietary guidance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and support clients
- Certification in Personal Training or related fitness programs
- Experience in a fitness, wellness, or sports coaching setting
- Passion for health, fitness, and promoting active lifestyles
