We are hiring candidates with experience in US Mortgage – Loss Mitigation process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review borrower financial documents for loan modification and loss mitigation programs.
• Analyze hardship letters, income documents, bank statements, and supporting documents.
• Process loan modification, repayment plan, short sale, and foreclosure prevention requests.
• Ensure files are reviewed and updated within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with underwriting, servicing, and foreclosure teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates.
• Follow investor and client guidelines while processing files.
• Handle escalations and provide resolution support when required.

Required Skills:

• Experience in US Mortgage Loss Mitigation process.
• Good understanding of loan modification and foreclosure prevention concepts.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing guidelines and compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage pipeline and meet productivity targets.

Eligibility:

• Experience: 1+ Years in US Mortgage Loss Mitigation
• Qualification: Any Degree
• Immediate joiners preferred
