Work closely with the monitoring team for early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identifiedBuilds and maintains relationships with clients and customers.

Help the branch in building liabilities book through these new-to-bank relationshipsImplement & execute IBG 3 business strategy to increase market share & to achieve targets consistent with IBG3 revenue, ROE & Cost / Income ratio targets.They will help them with sales opportunities and draw in customers.Regular Tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy.Good sales and negotiation skills.Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the Branch Manager and the central teamResearching and evaluating clients' creditworthiness.

Increase the wallet share with the customer by constantly exploring opportunities to cross-sell other products offered by the bank.Thorough monitoring of accounts sourcedPerforms a role focusing on client relationship management, including client acquisition, provision of personal financial advice and ongoing servicing of retail clients.Keep track of customer’s business and report any early warning signalsGood mathematical and computer skills.Ensure that the covenants and conditions prescribed by the credit team are consistently metAdherence to strict KYC/AML requirementsApproving or rejecting loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.Identifying and communicating customer needs.An individual working as a private banker must establish a rapport with individuals quickly and build trust with potential or current clients.Acquire High Net-worth Clients & mine existing relationships.Some relationship managers work only with clients, working to solve any business or technical challenges that they face.
