- Bachelor's degree + 10+ years in programme/project management for large, complex initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process excellence and transformation delivery.
- Proven stakeholder management, influencing skills, and ability to drive change at scale.
- Experience working in cross‑functional, global environments.
