Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Regional Sales Head – Western India. The role involves leading and managing regional sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence in the Western India region.Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, supervising a team of sales professionals, setting performance targets, and fostering lasting client relationships. The Regional Sales Head is also tasked with analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, while working collaboratively with internal teams to align objectives and optimize sales outcomes.
Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing long-term client relationships.
- Team Management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify market trends, and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience in managing regional sales operations or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
