We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller for the Night Shift in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing and will be responsible for managing patient accounts, communicating with insurance companies, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage and resolve patient accounts in a timely manner
- Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on claims
- Review and analyze accounts for accuracy and compliance
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the preparation of reports on account statuses
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures
- Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations
