Call Center Executive

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives with experience in international call centres (US/UK processes). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers (primarily US market)
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and convert leads into successful closures
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Handle objections effectively and maintain a high conversion ratio
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals

Post Probation / Stability Period (1–2 months):

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an International Call Center (US process preferred – mandatory)
• Proven experience in outbound sales (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 Level – Mandatory & Non-negotiable)
• Strong customer-centric approach

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented mindset
• Effective objection handling and negotiation skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes
• Go-getter attitude with a strong bias for action and performance outcomes
