Role Description
TechSurvi is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Presales Intern for a full-time, on-site role at our Pune Division office. The intern will collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to analyze client needs, prepare sales presentations, and assist in tailoring solutions that meet client requirements.Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, conducting market research, supporting customer service initiatives, and providing presales support to elucidate product and service capabilities. The role will also involve maintaining documentation and assisting in streamlining internal processes.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, market trends, and data interpretation
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their concerns professionally
- Proven ability in Consulting and providing tailored business solutions
- Basic understanding of Presales processes and willingness to learn about product/service-oriented sales strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (students in their final year may also apply)
