Delivery Coordinator

Job Description

• Primary Point of Contact
• Serve as the single point of contact between the Supply Chain and Customer Project Manager (CPM) for delivery-related communications, especially in scenarios where no Implementation Coordinator is assigned.
• Order Status Management
• Maintain up-to-date and proactive communication on order status, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any changes, delays, or updates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Supply Chain teams and Customer Project Managers to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of project deliverables.
• Issue Resolution
• Identify and resolve issues related to delivery schedules, logistics, or coordination bottlenecks that may affect project timelines.
• Customer Communication
• Keep customers informed through timely updates on their orders, enhancing transparency and satisfaction.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Support reporting activities related to order tracking, delivery status, and coordination efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in supply chain coordination, project coordination, or logistics management.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.); ERP or order management tools knowledge is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to coordination challenges.
