We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with a strong background in commercial interiors who can independently generate business opportunities, build strong corporate relationships, and drive closures for Design & Build and Turnkey Interior projects.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through corporate meetings, networking, references, LinkedIn outreach, brokers, consultants, architects, PMCs, IPCs, and channel partners.
- Identify and connect with CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Heads, Procurement Teams, Real Estate Teams, Project Heads, Workplace Teams, and key corporate decision-makers.
- Pitch commercial interior fit-out, design & build, turnkey interior, workplace solutions, and office transformation services to prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal discussions, negotiations, and project closures.
- Generate opportunities related to office relocations, office expansions, workplace upgrades, refurbishment projects, and new office setup requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with architects, PMCs, consultants, IPCs, brokers, commercial real estate professionals, and corporate stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with internal design, estimation, project, and execution teams for presentations, BOQs, proposals, and commercial submissions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial office interior projects across Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and surrounding markets.
- Track market trends, upcoming office projects, corporate expansions, leasing movements, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining healthy conversion ratios.
- Maintain CRM records, lead tracking reports, sales forecasts, and weekly business updates.
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, project sales, or B2B sales within commercial interiors, office fit-outs, workplace solutions, interior contracting, furniture solutions, or design & build companies.
- Proven track record of independently generating and closing commercial interior projects.
- Experience selling commercial interior fit-out, design & build, turnkey interior, workplace solutions, or office infrastructure projects to corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of commercial office interiors, workplace solutions, turnkey projects, and corporate infrastructure requirements.
- Existing network with architects, PMCs, consultants, IPCs, brokers, facility teams, corporate real estate teams, or corporate decision-makers will be preferred.
- Experience handling commercial interior, fit-out, design & build, or turnkey projects with project values ranging from ₹25 lakhs to ₹5 crores or above.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing the complete business development cycle independently.
