The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and technically capable L2 Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Support Engineering team in Pune, India.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to deepen their technical expertise while delivering an outstanding service experience to clients. You will work closely with colleagues and clients, solving complex technical challenges and ensuring technology truly supports business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing- Providing high-quality L2 support across modern IT environments
- Analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues
- Working closely with clients to deliver a seamless and professional service experience
- Supporting and managing modern endpoint environments
- Contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and automation
Requirements
Your technical expertise- You’ll bring strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office suite
- Endpoint lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) design and implementation
Desirable skills and experience
Whilst not essential, you will stand out if you have:
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- PowerShell scripting experience for automation
- Experience creating custom winget packages or PSAppDeploy
- Intune profile configuration with a focus on compliance
- Exposure to technologies such as:
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Windows Autopilot & ESP provisioning
- Modern application packaging and deployment
- Patch management tools
- Microsoft certifications
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a large, distributed team
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
