Job Description
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs and networking events to enhance employer branding.Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across multiple business units and regions
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, and offer closure
  • Lead and mentor a team of 6, ensuring strong delivery, capability building, and performance management
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Build and optimise scalable recruitment processes, dashboards, and hiring metrics
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and employer branding consistency
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve hiring efficiency, diversity, and talent pipelines

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A strong academic background in human resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably high-volume / multi-location hiring)
  • Proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong understanding of structured hiring processes and recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Experience in consulting, startups, non-profits, or high-growth environments is preferred
  • Alignment with impact-driven / mission-led organisations will be an advantage
