We are seeking a Brand Manager with a strong focus on Brand Marketing to develop the business into a trusted, beloved, and culturally relevant baby care brand.
This position combines brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, and storytelling, collaborating closely with performance marketing, content teams, influencers, and external partners to enhance brand awareness, consideration, and long-term equity.
As the brand guardian, you will oversee the brand’s presence across digital platforms, PR narratives, campaigns, and all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Storytelling- Take ownership of and continuously refine the brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all platforms.
- Develop compelling parent-focused narratives centered on safety, sustainability, trust, and product effectiveness.
- Maintain consistent brand representation across the website, social media, advertisements, PR, packaging, and retail environments.
- Lead digital brand campaigns across social media, content platforms, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
- Work hand-in-hand with performance marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand and growth goals.
- Plan and implement integrated campaigns for product launches, new parents, and other key occasions.
- Manage content strategy for Instagram, website, email marketing, and other brand assets.
- Drive the PR strategy independently or in partnership with agencies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with parenting, lifestyle, and baby care media outlets.
- Lead influencer collaborations involving mom creators, doctors, and parenting experts.
- Shape narratives for earned media, including brand stories, founder profiles, and product features.
- Manage the complete execution of brand campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, freelancers, and internal departments to ensure successful campaign rollouts.
- Guarantee compelling storytelling across digital, PR, influencer, and retail channels.
- Develop deep insights into consumer behavior, parental challenges, and category trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in D2C baby and personal care sectors.
- Apply insights to enhance messaging, content, and go-to-market approaches.
- Monitor key brand performance indicators such as awareness, engagement, consideration, sentiment, and share of voice.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital brand campaigns and influencer ROI.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
- 4–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or roles within D2C brands.
- Previous experience in baby care, personal care, FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Practical experience collaborating with PR, influencer marketing, and content teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems including social media, influencer dynamics, content, and the synergy between paid and organic channels.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities and copywriting skills.
- Proven experience in managing agencies and working with cross-functional teams.
- A data-driven approach paired with keen creative instincts.
