- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ping Identity.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and security protocols.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to design and implement scalable security architectures.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues.
- Experience in coordinating with global delivery teams and managing security service deployments.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ping Identity.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
