The ideal candidate will become an integral member of a talented tech team focused on revolutionizing the Indian consumer fintech sector.You will be accountable for the entire product lifecycle, encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring.

- 2 to 4 years of solid individual contributor experience as a software engineer
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of data structures and algorithms, with an awareness of design trade-offs
- Strong expertise in Java and hands-on experience with the Spring Framework
- Experience working with large-scale, innovative internet startups and companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen enthusiasm for debugging and identifying hidden issues before they affect end-users in production
- A strong sense of ownership, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to be a responsible team member
