Job Description- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to real estate development.
- Provide legal advisory support for property transactions and projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the property sector.
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation matters when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal queries and concerns.
- Maintain records of legal documents and ensure proper documentation processes.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting real estate operations.
- Support in risk management and mitigation strategies for property-related projects.
- LL.B/LL.M
- 8-12 years of experience
- Prior experience in Real Estate sector is a must
- Strong knowledge of property and real estate development laws and regulations.
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Ability to manage compliance and legal risk effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
