Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Production based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing and managing production operations, including planning and execution to ensure efficient use of resources. The General Manager Production will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and improving manufacturing processes.

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience and skills in Quality Control to ensure standards are consistently met
• Proficiency in managing Manufacturing processes and workflows
• Proven Team Leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to oversee production operations
• Knowledge of military-grade production standards and practices is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
