Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager – Cloud Platform & Reliability Services to lead the delivery, transformation, and operational excellence of enterprise multi-cloud infrastructure services across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.This role will lead a high-performing team of cloud support engineers, reliability engineers, and solution architects responsible for managing scalable, secure, resilient, and customer-centric cloud platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in cloud operations, platform reliability, SRE practices, automation, and AI-driven service transformation. The role will also drive the adoption of Agentic AI capabilities to modernize operations, improve customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate intelligent decision-making across support and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Cloud Platform & Service Delivery Leadership
Lead and manage enterprise cloud platform operations and reliability services across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Drive operational excellence across cloud infrastructure, platform services, observability, incident management, and service reliability.
Ensure availability, scalability, security, governance, performance, and compliance of multi-cloud environments.
Lead service delivery governance, operational reviews, SLA/KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage support delivery across L1/L2/L3 engineering functions.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to standardize cloud operational
