Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Creative Lead to drive the design function and lead a team of graphic designers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling creatives across digital platforms, including display banners, website assets, and social media content.

This role requires strong conceptual thinking, leadership abilities, and hands-on design expertise to deliver high-impact visual communication. The candidate should be capable of translating business and marketing requirements into engaging designs while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand design briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to achieve high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Create storyboards, mock-ups, and creative concepts for campaigns.
• Assign tasks, define timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conceptualize and execute designs aligned with brand and campaign goals.
• Prepare and present design ideas and drafts for feedback.
• Ensure all creatives are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and other teams for integrated output.
• Test and optimize graphics across various platforms and formats.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a creative team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
