Procurement and Contracts Lead

• Own endtoend procurement and bankable contracts for utilityscale projects.
• Direct exposure to lenders, advisors, and senior international stakeholders.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies from an owner's perspective, aligned with project timelines, financing, and risk profile.
• Determine optimal contracting approaches (Turnkey EPC vs Split Supply & BOP) based on cost, risk allocation, and lender requirements.
• Lead vendor prequalification and tendering for EPC, equipment supply, BOP, O&M, and LTSA packages.
• Manage detailed technocommercial evaluations, benchmarking, deviation analysis, and negotiations.
• Structure and finalise bankable contracts with appropriate LDs, guarantees, and performance securities.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and asset management teams.
• Support O&M and asset management through vendor performance reviews and contract renewals.
• Interface with lenders and technical advisors during due diligence and audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement and Contracts Lead should have:

• 9-14 years experience with IPP or developer organisations in renewable energy projects.
• Strong exposure to EPC (Turnkey & Split), O&M, and LTSA contracts.
• Solid understanding of Solar PV and BESS technologies and supply chains.
• Proven skills in cost benchmarking, risk allocation, and lenderaligned contract structuring.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent industrystandard contracts and project finance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Finance preferred.
• Experience on largescale ( 100 MW) and multicountry renewable projects, including lender due diligence.
