Job Description

Shivjot Resort is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR professional to manage all human resource functions at our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, training, and maintaining a positive work culture aligned with hospitality standards.

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth staff operations and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for resort staff (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.)
  • Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation
  • Conduct training and development programs to improve staff performance and service quality
  • Monitor staff productivity and maintain a positive work environment
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
  • Ensure proper staff scheduling as per resort operations and occupancy levels
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand for Shivjot Resort

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in hotel, resort, or hospitality industry)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
