Location: Remote

• Evaluate pairs of AI-generated videos and choose the stronger result based on craft axes like lighting, framing, and performance.
• Write concise reasons for each judgment, using professional language similar to dailies.
• Check videos against prompts to ensure requested elements like camera moves and performances are delivered.
• Participate in calibration rounds with other raters to maintain consistency and flag unclear prompts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluation data.

Qualifications

• Professional or graduate experience in film, theater, or related fields.
• 2+ years of practical experience with training or 4+ years of practical experience including theatrical releases.
• A trained eye for detail and ability to articulate observations clearly.
• Fluency in English.
• Access to a quality display and headphones.
• Ability to engage for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Strong written communication skills.

• Proficiency in a second dubbing language such as French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, or Hindi.
