Job Title: Software / Web Development Manager
Shift schedule: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (Fully onsite with no remote/hybrid option)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications (frontend + backend).
- Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end development of web applications.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of developers
Technical Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages or frameworks such as JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue), Node.js, Java, Python, or similar
- Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and Agile methodologies
