As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. As a Senior Software Engineer (Level 10) in the Oracle HCM Cloud Technical team at Accenture, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering BI Publisher (BIP)/XML Publisher reports for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to BIP reports and provide timely resolution.
Work on HCM Extracts, OTBI, and HDL/FBL when needed to support end-to-end HCM Cloud processes.
Document technical designs, unit test cases, and deployment instructions as per project standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and quality assurance processes.
Provide support for production incidents, bug fixes, and report enhancements.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical components, especially BI Publisher / XML Publisher Reports.
Proficiency in developing data models, RTF templates, and working with HCM Cloud data structures.
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud schemas and security considerations for reporting.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience with report bursting and scheduling mechanisms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. As a Senior Software Engineer (Level 10) in the Oracle HCM Cloud Technical team at Accenture, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering BI Publisher (BIP)/XML Publisher reports for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
You will collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement scalable and efficient reporting solutions, while also participating in issue resolution, enhancements, and client interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities: Design and develop BI Publisher (BIP) / XML Publisher reports based on business requirements.
Create and maintain data models, RTF templates, and bursting controls for complex reporting needs.Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to BIP reports and provide timely resolution.
Work on HCM Extracts, OTBI, and HDL/FBL when needed to support end-to-end HCM Cloud processes.
Document technical designs, unit test cases, and deployment instructions as per project standards.

Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle VBCS is a plus.Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience with report bursting and scheduling mechanisms.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 4-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
