Business Development Associate - Sales

Job Description

LogicMojo is hiring a Business Development Associate with strong communication skills, energy and confidence in English, and a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

We are looking for someone who can speak with potential learners professionally, explain our programs clearly, understand their background and goals, and help them choose the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with leads and prospective learners through calls and messages
• Explain LogicMojo courses, programs, and career opportunities clearly
• Understand candidate needs and guide them to the right course/program
• Handle objections confidently and communicate in a professional manner
• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain proper lead tracking
• Work closely with the internal team to improve conversions and learner experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic understanding of AI, ML, and tech-related domains
• Basic understanding of how IT systems and software development work in real-world companies
• Ability to explain course structure, learning path, projects, mentorship, and career support clearly
• Good confidence while talking to students and working professionals
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Prior experience in business development, sales, counselling, or edtech will be a plus

Work Schedule:

• 6 working days a week
• 1 weekly off from Monday to Thursday

Salary:

• First month (probation): ₹25,000
• From second month onwards: ₹40,000 fixed salary
