Grievance Handling & Employee Relations/: Serve as a discreet, reliable point of contact for employee complaints, carrying out impartial preliminary investigations into workplace conflict and reporting serious issues to HR leadership with objective documentation.
Required Skills/: Advanced Interviewing & Behavioral Assessment Literacy/: Outstanding ability to decipher hidden resume red flags, assess cultural fitting criteria, interpret candidate competencies, and conduct salary negotiations with ease.Fluency in Labor Law and HR Compliance/: Strong foundational understanding of local employment laws, legal requirements, and workplace safety standards.
