Senior Finance ManagerRole Overview
Responsible for end-to-end finance operations including GL, AP, AR, FP&A, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, treasury, budgeting, MIS, and business planning while driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations and General Ledger.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, PT, ROC and Income Tax.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Manage treasury, banking and working capital.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Lead finance process improvements and automation.
- Mentor and manage the finance team.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Tally / ERP Systems
- Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Qualification
MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance). Additional certifications in Financial Modelling or Business Analytics are an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
5–8 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience. Healthcare or IT industry experience will be an added advantage.
