The key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Enter, update, and maintain data related to bus users in the ERP system.
• Track and record bus route numbers, stops, timings etc.
• Regularly verify and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Monitor daily transport logs and update any changes such as route shifts, new enrollments, or withdrawals.
• Generate and share routine reports as needed by the transport coordinator or school management.
• Assist in conducting periodic audits of transport data to ensure alignment with actual operations.
• Flag discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments.
• Ensure data privacy and handle sensitive student and staff information with utmost confidentiality.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle large data sets and maintain focus in repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent diploma.
• Experience in school or transport logistics administration is a plus.

Salary range Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- Designation Data Entry Operator Work Experience Min 1-3 years preferred Working Days Monday to Saturday (Sat Half day) Working Time 7.50 am – 4.00 pm Expected Date of Joining Immediate requirement
