About the Role:

ASG Eye Hospital is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record in Google Lead Generation and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). This individual will be responsible for managing high-budget campaigns, closely monitoring performance, and optimizing for maximum ROAS across multiple services and cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Focus on lead generation for healthcare services with high-quality targeting
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS, CPL, and CTRs
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals
• Manage large monthly budgets across multi-location campaigns
• Analyze and present campaign data to internal stakeholders with actionable insights
• Develop full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to healthcare lead generation

Must-Have Skills:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Lead Gen focused)
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding strategies
• Experience with healthcare, multi-location brands, or similar high-conversion industries
• Strong analytical skills ability to work with GA4, CRM/Lead tracking systems
• Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, Zoho CRM
• Excellent communication and reporting skills -

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (preferred)
• Experience working with agencies for large-scale brands
• Familiarity with CRM systems and integration with ad platforms
