WE'RE HIRING – JR. ARCHITECT
Pavalius Homes is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Jr. Architect to join our growing team. If you're eager to work on premium residential projects and develop your skills in design and execution, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience:
- 1–2 years
Qualification:
- Diploma in Architecture
- Separate MEP certification/course preferred
Key Skills:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- Autodesk Revit
- Any 3D rendering software
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and presentation visuals.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Assist in design development and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
- Support material selection and preparation of client presentations.
- Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and the project execution team.
