As a Relationship Manager in the Affluent Priority segment of Business Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients. This role demands a deep understanding of client needs, strong financial acumen, and the ability to offer tailored banking solutions across liabilities, assets, and investment products.You will be expected to build long-term relationships, drive revenue growth, and enhance client engagement through personalized service and strategic portfolio management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.
The role also involves conducting regular portfolio reviews, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and organizing client engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships and increase wallet share.
