Job Description

An ideal candidate would:

• Support work relating to DRHP preparation, disclosures, and associated documentation for capital‑raising processes.
• Assist with preparation, review, and maintenance of board resolutions, notices, minutes, and corporate records across multiple group entities.
• Help maintain compliance calendars, checklists, and transaction timelines.
• Provide execution support for M&A transactions, investments, reorganizations, and other strategic matters.
• Coordinate due diligence processes, prepare ancillary documents, assist with data room management, and track transaction deliverables.
• Review and manage basic commercial contracts and maintain an organized contract repository. Track renewals, maintain templates, and support process improvements for documentation flow.
• Support with IPO process and assist senior members of the legal team on special initiatives and urgent legal tasks.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate would possess:

• A degree in Law from a recognized university.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a capital‑markets team of a law firm
• Strong grounding in corporate documentation, regulatory filings, and capital‑markets processes (DRHP exposure preferred).
• Solid drafting skills, high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment with operational responsibilities.
