You will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the organization.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate data tracking.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate/PG
Freshers are eligible.
Salary: 1.8 LPAShifts: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
6 days working
Sunday Week off
