Application Developer

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Experience in designing and configuring applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of business process workflows and how to translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and functionality.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable and maintainable application solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
