Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Retail and Commercial Leasing Expert. The role involves identifying and onboarding retail and commercial tenants, managing site visits, and presenting suitable leasing options based on client requirements.The specialist will build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients, and negotiate lease terms that align with client and company objectives. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an updated inventory of available properties, conducting market research on rental trends, and preparing proposals and leasing documentation.
The role also requires coordinating with internal teams for marketing support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and providing post-lease support where needed.
Qualifications- Strong retail sales and commercial leasing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- A Candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in Retail leasing and brand expansion .
- Solid product knowledge of local real estate projects, rental trends, and property types in Gurgaon and nearby markets.
- Customer satisfaction and customer service focus, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in retail or commercial real estate leasing; prior work with DLF or other prime developments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct frequent field visits, and manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
