Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams, providing technical direction, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Solution Design: Creating detailed designs for software components and systems, considering factors like performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Enforcing engineering best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality code.

Roles & Responsibilities:Architecture Design: Defining the structure, components, and interactions of .NET-based applications and systems.
Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams, providing technical direction, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Solution Design: Creating detailed designs for software components and systems, considering factors like performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Enforcing engineering best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality code.
Technology Evaluation: Researching and evaluating new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the .NET ecosystem.
Cloud Integration: Designing and implementing solutions that leverage cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, including cloud services, deployment strategies, and security considerations.Collaboration: Working closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and other tech team, to ensure alignment on architectural vision.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and guidelines.Mentoring: Providing guidance & mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Deep .NET Expertise: Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies
- Good To Have Skills: Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cloud services and cloud-native architectures
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the .NET framework.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in architecture design.
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
