Looking for IT Recruiter / Sr Recruiter / Team Lead

Job Description

Jd for the Role :

• Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirements, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates scheduling interviews.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sourcing strategy to locate, engage and attract prospective candidates.
• Good knowledge in Naukri portal and other online job portals which includes the main part of recruitment.
• Scheduled and followed up interviews to place candidate into our hiring process, while maintaining communication to advise the hiring manager.
• Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the department managers.
• Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly candidate database.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms and negotiating the salary with the shortlisted candidates.
• Experience in C2H / PERM hiring will be preferred
• Exp in IT MANPOWER will be preferred
