Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality.

You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components operate smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
