Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior 3D Environment Artist with 6–10 years of professional experience to create high-quality, visually compelling environments for real-time and cinematic projects. The ideal candidate has strong Unreal Engine expertise, a deep understanding of environment composition and storytelling, and experience working within production pipelines.Experience in lighting and prior exposure to the VFX or film industry is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D environments including landscapes, architecture, props, and set dressing that meet artistic and technical standards.
Assemble, optimize, and finalize environments in Unreal Engine for real-time or cinematic use.
Collaborate with art directors, lighting artists, VFX artists, and technical teams to maintain visual consistency.
Support gameplay, narrative, and cinematic requirements through environment art.
Contribute to lighting setups to enhance mood and realism.
Optimize assets while maintaining visual fidelity.
Maintain clean, organized workflows.
Basic understanding of level design principles, gameplay mechanics, and collision creation
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–10 years of professional experience as a 3D Environment Artist.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related art field.
Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine (mandatory).
Expertise in environment creation and modular workflows.
Experience creating assets in multiple art styles, including realistic, stylized, and semi-realistic.
Proficiency with Maya/3ds Max/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop.
Strong understanding of PBR workflows, composition, color theory, and scale.
Experience shipping atleast one AAA titles.
Portfolio showcasing high-quality environment work.
Preferred Qualifications- Lighting experience in Unreal Engine.
- Experience in VFX, film, or cinematic pipelines.
- Familiarity with photogrammetry.
- Experience in creating 2D environment concept art.
- Experience working with Latest AI tools for 3d and 2d art creation
